These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jason Protection Unit (Pty) Ltd ("JPU") website and your engagement of our private security services. By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or entering into a service agreement with JPU, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Jason Protection Unit is a private security company registered with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA), Registration No. 4744338. We provide tactical security, VIP protection, guarding, investigations, CCTV surveillance, and related services in South Africa.

All security personnel deployed by JPU are appropriately registered, trained, and licensed in accordance with PSIRA requirements.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to: use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or networks; transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content; misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or scrape, copy, or reproduce website content without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website at our discretion for violations of these Terms.

Submitting a contact form or enquiry through our website does not constitute a binding contract for security services. All service engagements are subject to a separate written agreement or statement of work outlining scope, personnel, duration, fees, and operational parameters.

JPU reserves the right to decline any service request that falls outside our operational capabilities, licensing scope, or risk assessment parameters.

Clients engaging JPU services agree to: provide accurate and complete information necessary for threat assessment and service delivery; grant reasonable access to premises and personnel as required for security operations; comply with all lawful instructions from JPU personnel regarding safety protocols; and promptly notify JPU of any changes to operational requirements, access arrangements, or known threats.

Failure to fulfil client responsibilities may affect our ability to deliver services and may result in suspension or termination of the engagement.

Service fees are as agreed in the applicable service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, quotes are valid for 30 days. Payment terms, deposits, and cancellation fees will be specified in your service agreement.

Late payment may result in suspension of services and recovery of outstanding amounts through lawful means.

JPU treats all client information, operational details, and security arrangements as confidential. We will not disclose client information except as required by law, to protect life or property, or with your express consent.

Clients agree to maintain confidentiality regarding JPU operational methods, personnel identities where discretion is required, and proprietary security protocols.

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, JPU's liability for any claim arising from our services or website use is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

JPU is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated 'Last updated' date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
